When the iced mochas are made correctly they're great. Nice strong flavor of expresso with a hint of chocolate. That's how a good iced mocha should be. And McDonalds gets this right 75% of the time. Most of the time they blame it on the "machine" when the drink is "off" but that's still no excuse. I've stopped purchasing my iced mocha at McDonalds and gone to Starbucks because of this. It's not one particular location of McDonalds that this happens at. I've been to many locations and have had the same problem. Basically, it's like, "Will I get lucky today and get a good one?" I want a CONSISTENTLY good product... And when it comes to CONSISTENCY Starbucks trumps McDonalds.
