Dunkin Donuts Taking Extra Money from Customer!

We bought a DD refillable card so that we can refill it online for conveniency reason. Everything went well until this store keep messing up the order and charged the card up for more than the order's worth. The manager said that there was nothing they could do for their mistake once the order been rung up, and he also refused to refund or attempt to correct this mistake.

The issue with this is that it doesn't happen just once but twice! - and when we called the number provided for customer service online, the response was unsatisfactory. They told us to use cash instead of the card? The thing is, why use or sell the card if they can't be use like its supposed to (everyone knows that prepaid debit card is treated as cash since you put real money into it for the amount provided)?

Where is the customer service that is concerned about the customers, not even a decent response for this matter - just take the money and keep it moving?

We set up an account with them and everything online, this is very much a let down for us as customers. How are you letting the store robbing us of the money and then tell us to use cash - we put the cash in that card which means you are robbing us of our cash!? I am heading to the website to close the account since we are no longer customers of DD. I can't believe we even link our account to it! Who knows what else they'd take from us!
