Today was my worst experience at Ihop in Houston Texas. I walked in with my little family for dinner. When I get there there was no one to give us a sit for about 5minutes. I could understand that if they were busy to take that much time before to give us a sit. After that we have to call them and ask for the menu to place our order. The worst part of this was to come with an attitude to tell me that they were out of french fries. I had a funny feeling like they didn't want to serve me or I wasn't welcome in that store. The management didn't do nothing to offer us something else t replace or order.
