I have not ate at IHOP in seven years. A co-woker invited me to breakfest and I was not thrilled about going due to a awful experiene at a different location. However, my current experience was exceptionally outstanding, the staff was warm and friendly and the bathroom was clean. Now, I have a new meeting place for breakfest!
