My boyfriend and I came to your restaurant on January 13th for a late breakfast. First off the hostess sat us at a filthy table. So I took it upon myself to seat us at a some what clean table, (they ALL were dirty). It took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Finally a server took our drink order and said she was in training. She brought us one coffee cup when we asked for two cups. The coffee cup she brought us had food all in it and the spoon was caked in egg. I pointed this out to her and she looked at it and then looked at us like she didn't give a shit and poured coffee in it anyways!!! My boyfriend kindly asked her to get a new cup and spoon and bring us the second cup we asked for. She brings the same cup back dripping wet and spoon! She clearly just rinsed it out instead of putting it into the dish rack to be properly washed. Secondly the silverware was dirty and the syrup bottles and everything else on the table was covered in hair, dust, and god know what else!!! I was so disgusted i didn't even eat my food. Just to let you know I am a bartender and serve occasionally at a very fast paced restaurant and have been in this business for 13 years. I would be totally ashamed and would NOT work in this filthy establishment. Cleanliness is a BIG part of running a restaurant and to keep your guests coming back!!! Who ever is in charge of this particular restaurant should be embarrassed by the store conditions and your wait staff!!! And for third how the hell do you pass health inspections???
