Ripped me off I paid them $221.99 for two credit cards and then never heard from them again

I was sent a yellow card in the mail saying i was pre-approved for two credit cards, a catalog card and a credit card. I called and gave them my accout #, they told me my card would be there in 4-6 weeks. That was 8-21-01 now it is 01-23-02. All i want is my money back.
