(1) I went to the My Account page and saw a blue underlined link. I wanted to investigate to see what it led me to. It caused a popup message, Congratulations! You have been converted. Fortunately, they had Chat and I was able to ask. They said that this means you automatically are set up to pay only the fees/interest each payday, and that the payday loan continues for 4 paydays. NOT what I wanted, I was only investigating. ($50 fee/interest to borrow $200, repeating every payday. Not what I would agree to.)
(2) They have a page with a rate table. If you choose 9 days or 19 days or 29 days, the rate and fee doesn't change. ($30 fee for $100 loan, e.G.) I thought I could extend the loan to be repaid within 4 weeks for the same cost. Nope. The process taking out a loan automatically locks you into the payday date, and refers to Schedule C of the loan. (There wasn't anything obvious called a Schedule C.)
Either they have a very inefficient webmaster or they planned this kind of short con. I don't mind paying what I need to, but don't con me into something I didn't agree to.
Recommendation: Run away
