Meta bank they charge a transaction fee for swiping the card also i used it at a gas station i had a$65 balance i spent $15 and now my balace is $15 50 bucks magicly gone they blamed the gas station

They charge a transaction fee for swiping the card also i used it at a gas station i had a$65 balance i spent $15 and now my balace is $15.50 bucks magicly gone they blamed the gas station i got the reciept and netspend pretty much told me to screw off thats not the first time they have pulled this and now i cant get my money back rip off company they have nickel and dimed me again
