National Credit Adjusters (NCA) has offered me a 50% discount off of the original debt I owe on a payday loan I had taken out last year but was unable to pay due to extenuating circumstances.
I have called for at least five hours straight every day since I received their letter to fix this debt but everytime I call, the line is busy or I am hung up on. This seems as if they are just playing games.
They have ony given a week and a half for this deal to be paid and after the 31st of this month, I will have to pay the full amount again. It has now been about a week. I have also emailed their complaints department with no response to my complaint. I have tried the operator line, the complaint line and the Account Manager line. All are busy at all times or I am hung up on. They called two weeks ago to tell me that I will be receiving an offer and if that is not paid off, I am likely to end up in court.
Knowing this, I am sure they are just trying to look sympathetic to the court. I do have my phone record to show how many times I attempted to contact them in this period of time.
