This mortgage company (broker?) uses telemarketing reps.
One of their reps called me early this morning... Asked me 20 questions... Then abruptly hung-up.
No 'thank you' for answering my questions'... He just hung-up.
I called United Pacific Mortgage back to report the rep's rude and unprofessional behavior. I spoke with their "floor supervisor" who listened to my complaint... Then he hung-up without comment.
Based on my experience with this company, their reps are rude and unprofessional. I'd never secure a home mortgage through this company.
While I don't recall or wasn't told the rep's names, the company officers are:
Sean O'Brien (President)
Chris Reid (Vice President)
Nicole Vanik (HR Manager)
