I was not surprised to see that GCR Capital has more complains added to its portfolio.
I want people to know that we have filed a lawsuit against GCR Capital/Priority Outsource in West Palm Beach and hopefuly justice will be served. Also, although BBB Clearwater has about 10 complaints filed (being 8 within the last 12 months), apparently these guys are still getting away with it. Be aware and do not trust BBB comments saying that all complaints have been addressed and resolved. We are living proof of it.
If GCR Capital asks for money upfront saying that they have your loan approved, DO NOT SEND IT! You will end up just like us! No loan, no money! For all of you who got ripped off by these guys (and woman), fight for it! Don't let them get away. That's why they keep doing it!
If we don't get our money back, at least they will have to close down (although they always reopen with a different name!). But let's keep a very close watch on the principals. When they reopen under a different name, we track them down and go after them again!
