After reading many reports on SCS, I understand our situation in not unique. Someone please start a class action against these people!
I am amazed that a strong local buider such as Signature Homes would get involved in such a scam as this, and even more, pass this along to potential homeowners as a vetted approved lender for their company. Shame on you Signature Homes.
Signature Homes should at a minimum, replace the money that their carelessness caused good people to lose.
