Ripoff i sent them an insurance premium for my 5000.00 dollar loan and now I have nothing and need to pay for school by novembe

I applied for a 5000.00 dollar loan and they said to send them a 700.00 dollar insurance premium. Then they called me to tell me to add another three hundred dollars to it and i said no and they said they were going to send it back in two weeks i never got anything yet and it has been a month already. I need to pay for college with that money. Please help me. Wht should i do?
