EVSC: Director; Auditors; Shr Increase

According to a PRE 14A filed today, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Endovasc Inc (OTCBB: EVSC) is tentatively scheduled (subject to approval) to be held on November 19 at 2 pm, local time, at Havens Landing, 19785 Highway 105 West, Montgomery, Texas, at which the Company intends to seek approval for the following:
1. To elect one director to serve for a three-year term and until his or her successor is elected and qualified.
2. To ratify the selection of Ham, Langston & Brezina LLP as independent auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30.
3. To amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase to 400,000, 000 the number of shares of Common Stock, $. 001 par value per share, we are authorized to issue.
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting or any adjournments thereof.
