Word to the wise don't do business with this shark. He assured me of private investment, gave me his word, but then he faltered. After having me jump through hoops and telling me several times he was going to give me a hard money loan. I realized he was just amusing himself and he had no intentions to give a loan. He told me he would not pull out of the deal but he had other big deals going on so he kept putting me off. I was patient and kept giving him updates of my property deal. All the while he kept telling me he was 100% in, no worries, everything like that.
So when it came down to get the business done and to do the transaction, he kept putting me off, for all of his other big deals. Finally I said can we talk about my deal like it was any other deal and set aside a time to talk and get it done. He said of course and we agreed on a time for me to call him, and work the deal and transaction. I got everything set up and ready but of course he ignored my phone calls. After all that time and reassurance he was MIA. I text him that he had no respect for his clients or the business that was at hand,
So then of course he responded instantly saying that my deal was not important and that I was the one that had no respect for him so he was going to pull out of the deal. It was obvious he was just looking for a reason act that way, and he had no intention of funding my deal. He is obviously someone who has no respect for other people and will lie to suit himself. He kepts himself in a power position so to have the person he is doing business with have to count on his word but that word is not worth squat. So this is a warning to all other property investors dont trust this guy Gil Hess, private investor in florida.
