I have over 500.00 hundred dollars of late fees on my Loan. I was told that my loan was escrowed, but it is not. They charge every time they call you, send you a letter, any action taken I was told the charge. When I ask for them to give me a reason for the late fees they can not. I am trying to seek legal action.
