Retained them to work on a tax appeal. Gave me a fixed fee to do the work and then indicates he used up 50% of fee just to study the initial paperwork. Charged 1.5 hours to review 3 invoice two lines long. Hadn't even made contact with Revenue Canada as an appeal officier was not assigned yet and then asks for remaining fees. When I did not sne it he sends me an invoice for more than the fixed fee. Totally dishonest and unethical. Stay away for your own good.
