- My expereince with accenture is that they are a firm that works alot and seems to have or hire alot of men that prey on women. My wife now who has been married 2 times within her career at accenture, first marriage she was preyed on by J. Stern and caused the divorce. And now by J. Hedley within my marriage. It amazes me that men at this firm use there power to infringe on women who are of lesser status knowing that women in this firm are out numbered by men alot. Obviously my wife tracey seward greenway has choices to make, however when you put career first which even I do that, then you enhance it with men trying to use power to make women feel like they need to or should do what the men request or else they will not move forward its very sad to me. Men that prey on women expecailly married women need to get a life and grow up. The way i look at it is that men that prey on women who are struggling in there realtionship or struggling to get ahead in there career field, obviously can't get a women who is clear minded and single and knowing what she is getting herself into. The firm does nothing about this and funny thing is that when my wife was sharing things about accenture she told me that this firm is known for the affairs within the company and the divorce rate is very high and they continue to do nothing about it. It is time to take a stand Accenture! Family's and childrens lives are more important then some senior manager or big shot attorney within the firm getting his rocks off! Maybe they should have a meeting or class for men like they do for women about career and relatioshiops.
