I have been receiving continuous phone calls asking for my social security number, which I will not give to anybody over the phone. Mrs Brown is the most unprofessional representative for your company and yells threats to me in regards to my filing bankruptcy since I've been unemployeed for the past 3 years. She continued to call me a deadbeat and low life, trying to get out of paying my bill and will freeze ALL my assets. Well, please try, I have none, thank you. When I gave her my attorneys name instead of my ss# she called me a liar... I will be calling her on a regular bases, just upset her day as she did mine... Mrs. Brown, you need to check yourself in for more training because you've failed miserably!!
