Purchased a HTC phone but there was a problem with it so returned it courier came and took it away... Call Isme a week later they haven't received it kept calling to find out what was going on to be be told they only received an empty box, then it was they received the box with the headphones and charger. Then hadn't received anything. As the courier didn't give me any proof they wouldn't do anything even though had 5 witnesses. Written to them 15 times still go no where.
Then i ordered a fridge as i was desperate and had no money the door fell off 7 times!!! After having someone out for the 4th time! I refused a repair and got them to take the pile of junk away which took another month!!! They took the fridge on the 10th August called them today the 28th and guess what they couldn't find it (really it was a massive fridge) luckily this time the courier gave me a receipt but still took an hour to get them to credit my account.
These cowboys are only still going because of people who can't afford to pay for items outright and then they mess you around and it costs you more in the long run spending forever on the phone and having to chase them up.
Would also like to say if there representative writes on here saying contact there email team i will go ballistic as you get know where I will be starting court proceedings against them to get the money back for my the phone I returned which their courier clearly stole!!!
