I too fell victim to RXFinancials scam. I was thinking the whole time that this was too good to be true.indeed it was. I told them to not take the money out until the 5th of Sept. I never received a package before the 5th as promised or as of today. I called RXFinancials (Elmhurst IL) which was not the correct company. They informed me that the Utah Consumers Services was investigating this company. They said that this company has affected thier company because of the name. (maybe they can pursue a lawsuit as well)
When the foreign guy who I could not understand was recording me, I stopped him at least 10 times. He GUARANTEED me a VISA or MASTERCARD for at least $5,000.00. That should have raised the red flag but I went on with it.
I am going to pursue a lawsuit (class action) against this company and attempt to shut them down. I have called many times but they never answer the phone.
