On August 14 the bank zeroed out all available balances making it impossible to pay bills, use debit cards, or transfer money between accounts. Then the bank charged NSF fees because the balances were set to zero even though sufficient money was in the accounts! This bank FREQUENTLY changes contract terms and tries to sneak extra charges by which they will remove after lengthy on-hold and answering the same questions multiple times with customer service.
