TV Advertised a $10,000 loan at 89.9% interest, 84 months payments of $749.50 = $63,000 this should be illegal

Watching tv a commercial came on from Westernsky financial and I couldn't believe what I saw. They offer a $10,000 loan at a rate of 89.9% for 84 months with $749.50 a month payment. If you do the math. That $10,000 will cost you $63,000. This should be illegal. I fear the elderly may be takin advantage of a quick $10,000 without seeing the end result. Business like this gives all business a bad name
