Capital choice consumer credit... This is not a visa or a master card

I first want to thank "usacomplaints.com" for there helpful inormation. After recieving the pre-approvel notice for a "platinum" card for the above said company, i went on the web right away to check and see if this company was on the up and up.
Obviously not! For anyone who recieves this in the mail, please take in consideration that it does not even say "visa" or "mastercard" on the approval certificate. Do yourself a favor and throw it away!!!
