Hi I am one of the Families that got taken after my house was mortaged by walsh securities and then to Ocwen and 5 long years fighting and makin myself sick about this house. It's gone and ocwen did nothing to help me keep it. They, from day one, wanted to rip me off by high interest loans and the things is my house involved in apprasail fraud, no fault of my own. I was fighting terribly to keep even though they thought they weren't responsible. If they bought my loan, they were, for I was misled as actual value and condition of house as it was not a foreclosure and that it was supposed to be good shape I think rotten walls and floodinh backyard and houuse infested was somethin. I should been made aware of but it seems they were not disclosed and everything that could been criminal and misleaing. It was so much has happened in last 7 years and the strain after buying my first house and divorce because so many things has led me to lose my house and move to nc were I am so unhappy. Why did I leave? Well I fought ocwen in court and just as I was about to prove they were involved they sold my mortgage which I had not any clue that they did and they still proceeeded to foreclose till I went to records in bpt ct were my house was I don't even know if I still own. The lawyer for bank won't tell me anything and I am so lost so much more to say but if mrs pettway and the daniels and joens see this please write me. I don't know if I have any recourse my house is or was for sale.
