This is a bad bank... Manager never are available, if you have any trouble you have to talk with inexperinced tellers. They never know what are you talking about... They goes to the inside room each time that you make a question to ask someone there, but they never comes out to talk with customer face to face. Also, if you have any overdraft by merchant error, you have to go to the store to get a letter... Heyyy, store manager are not authorize to do this kind of letter... I had to wait for corporate office. I showed receipt proof to the bank, but they do not accepted. I wait like two weeks to get my money back... There name is Convenince??? YEAH RIGHT!!! Thay make your live hard with those letter, because they want keep your money...
