Back, in 2003 I'd some inspections taken and that I handled the neighborhood department therein Hopemills NC, Fast-Forward for this year. I'd a background-check went on me and discovered that there is some inspections out of this consideration that had a guarantee in it. Named the courtroom to discover and was informed just how to clean up. I needed a notice in the lender stating that i stuffed all of the banks factor to get a halt cost or submitted that I'd scam with this consideration! In 2003 I got all my authorities statement, experience statments, towards the lender offered them towards the manger of this department. She explained everything great. Well TODAY. Because it been 7 years, they cant tell me something since the only maintain there records for 7 years, and today I'm caught spending money on inspections i didnt create, and likely to possess a report since the lender cant help me simply because they don't have any documents!
