Paying for merchandise with card and not getting merchandise

I contributed plasma at Octapharma Lcd focus on Michigan Road.in South Bend, IN September 28. I bought At-cell phone card at Family Buck on Mich saint. Subsequently transpired to Test St. And attempt to create a gasoline purchase with my remaining five bucks. This is actually the second-time these folks have experienced me operate my card so when subsequently inform me my card was rejected. I'm not the only real individual they are doing this also.
