I was packaged my financial award in June. My classes were paid for on June 27 and I was to receive a stipend. The people in the financial aid office failed to submit the request for all my loans to be disbursed and I am currently waiting on them to be processed. I had to call every department just to see what was going on and I finally got an answer from one person named Ken. It seems like he is the only person in the school that actually knows what he is talking about and he should be promoted for it. These people gave me a runaround for a two minute answer, someone was not doing their job correctly. So far my experience at this school has been great up until today. Everyone seems like they are just there for the check. If they are not going to do their job properly then maybe they should hire people that really need the job and the money. I should not have had to call and make sure my schooling is paid for, that is what they are there for. Then for everyone to have the answer of "i don't know" tells me no one really reviewed my account when I was sitting there reading the paper to the lady. How can I see it, but they can't and it is entered by them? The laziness of these people are ridiculous and everyone should be reviewed on their job performance except for Ken, he is really great. I hope to not have these problems in the future because if so, I willl have no problem attending another school where I know the people will do their job accurately... Just pitiful
