Calls 6 times a day looking for wrong person, won't stop when told to

I have had 9 different numbers calling from Capital One and their collection agencies. I have told the callers, emailed several departments, emailed the CEO and even got on their facebook to tell them they have the wrong number and they won't stop calling and harassing me.
