ING DIRECT, rude custumer service, Thiefs, Ripoff

ING Direct, what a name and what a bank!!! Stay away these thief's just have cashed two checks once cashed both have gone ahead and suspended my account. I called them and was asked for security pass code! Haaaa every employee has access to that. Then come to find out they have changed my security word (you know like your first car?) I told them what I had entered when signing up but they claim that's not correct. Bowl Sh*. I have read lots of horror stories about them just wish I know before signing up. Now at least I can warn others
