Took 333.00 from me every mth, did not pay my babies medical bills which were well over 33,000.00

Offered me a self employed person company type benefit insurance, took my money of $333.00 every month for almost 2 years, did not pay any of the claims, and left me high and dry with over $33,000 in medical bills. Am now bankrupt and about to be homeless because of this company.
