My daughter with the same name as myself was sued by Livingston Financial. Using these attorneys, somehow my SSN was used and my good credit is now effectively mud. How do I straighten this out?

How do I get these lawyers working for Livingston Financial to undo a judgement on me that was meant for my daughter. She went to court for it and they placed a judgement against her and yet they used my SSN. Our names are the same, but different SSN and DOB's of course. How do I get my good credit back?
