Used to do not approve 69.62 to be taken by them out-of my account event

Purchased beginner package for they have now been delivering and getting plus 4.95 my banking account basically needed $69.62 that was never authorized or requested. Fake i tried contacting plus they claim the quantity they offered me no answer. I didn't approve them to consider 69.62 out-of my bill actually and also they're not the organization to make contact with.
