Countrywide Mortgage
Fraud, misapropriated funds & won't take respons rip-off

This company stated I had an escrow shortage. This was because they had not reviewed my account for increases on property taxes or otherwise.

Then they took two of my actual payments and applied them to the "shortage." They did not even notify me first. Then I got foreclosure letters in the mail that i had thirty days to pay them.

Then they reported on my credit report that i was 60 days late.

So, Full Spectrum Lending calls (a Countrywide company.) They offer us to refinance. We agreed because they said that we would be in charge of our own escrow. That was good since they messed up so bad the first time.
Three months after closing guess what comes in the mail, foreclosure papers. Now, full spectrum says that i had not paid escrow and applied my payment to the escrow shortage. Even after I received a letter from the company that they messed up... They still have not fixed our credit report.
