Harry Alves Told me that I would need to make a $350 transaction fee before I could receive a $7,000 grant

I was contacted by "The Federal Grant and Treasury Department in Washington D.C." I was told that I was randomly selected out of 1400 people to receive a $7,000 grant because I had not filed for backrupcy, had not comitted any crimes against the government, and I filed my taxes on time. I asked for some proof in writing before I make a $350. Processing fee, and was told that I'd receive all the information I would need when I received the $7,000. The person I was put in contact with the "Senior Finace Officer" was Harry Alves at (202)-621-0121. He was somewhat aggressive with me on the phone, but that came to a screeching hault shortly after I told him that I needed proof that it was a legitimate deal before I would agree to pay any money. I see not that this has been going on for a few years now. That's one hell of a scam if they are charging 1400 people $350 a pop that equals $490,000... Wonder where that money is going??? I received 2 seporate phone calls from this place today June 18
