I contacted Ocwen fbs, to report their use on my Credit Profile.
They assured me they would look into it. I received a thank you letter for my inquiry, only to find they had my payments totally wrong. The payments were not up to date. I have proof they are up to date. This Company or Employees are flat out liars with no regard for a bit of honesty. This Company has ruined my Credit. The sad part, I am a Victim like many others, by dealing with this Company. Look at the complaints, there are far too many complaints to conclude people are lying. Do the Math.
They have repeatedly put me in foreclosure status, even thought they know I am under a Forebearance Agreement, originated with HUD. I have paid thousands of dollars, yet continues under Foreclosure Status.
