Chase raised my fixed rate on my charge card because they said i had a delinquency on my credit report to double my fixed rate and said it could go even higher.
I have never been late on this charge card ever i had a 5.99 fixed and on my august bill i have 12.25 they said it was legal and that they sent me out a notice which i did not receive.
Chase said every year they do a credit check and this allows them to change fixed rates the delinquency on my credit report is from a past medical bill.
