They attempt to leverage their "Corporate Services Agreements" in their favor by including the following:
Non-Refundable Payment
The Agreement is governed under the State of Florida
Any dispute is resolved through Arbitration
The "Company" is not to be held liable for "Non Performance" of Client Although all of this can be challenged in court, its intent is to provide obstacles in doing so.
