This cost turned up on a merchant account I'd ceased applying due to a challenge. It had been the only real cost about the consideration. I'd not requested something! I questioned it using the charge card organization, sent them a notice detailing the challenge. I thought it had been the best organization. Since I have observe others using the same organization I notice I had been cheated.
