ANNUITY SVCS-Request for 2012 RMD

I was disappointed to learn this pm that I could not make an RMD REQUEST via telephone call. Unfortunately, I have an urgent need for the 2012 distribution to be electronically deposited to my checking account as soon as possible. I do not own a printer/fax so was unable to use these suggested tools. I have just rushed to
the post office to mail the required form I just happened to have from a previous year. I hope the USPS DOES A
