I got a letter from this company dated on 8/13/04. This letter inform me that I have won an international lottery, called EL-GORDO SWEETSTAKE LOTTERY PROGRAM (in a total US$10,468, 770) recently released in Spain, on July 15, among other 17 "lucky" foreigners, It sounds that this program was a Spanish government program to attract foreigners.
I was told that, as a result, I will get a lump sum payout of US$615,810.00 throuhg this company as a lottery distribution agent. I was then asked to fill out a form and fax my personal and bank information to this company to claim this winning money no later than September 14.
The letter was signed by Jose Luis Miguel as vice president of this company.
After reading the consumer complaints, I decided to not respond to this letter.
