I paid off my home with Ocwen in January of this year, and they have not sent me any document acknowing that the home is paid off, and they are yet to sent me any document of any of the agreement we made at the time of the loan. My husband and I are in our sixties and would like to have these paper in our file in case something happen to us. I have paid off a lot of other bill and they have sent the paid off document in less than a month. I am wondering why it is taking them so long to send ours.
