Dun and Bradstreet keeps sending me alerts about a company called Radio One in spite of never having ordered such alert subscription service.
I have placed 3 calls to their customer service, which is unable to help. They admit that there is no such order on file, and claim that there must be some "technical glitch" in their system.
This company is operationally incompetent and unreliable.
So I am now forwarding the alerts they are sending me to the CFO of Radio One so that he can take action against DNB and their unsoliicited distribution of information.
