Michael Kennedy and his negotiators Deceiving individuals kept me on a dangling string for a year. I paid $1850.00 and at the end of that year all contact was impossible

I was promised that fidelity finance group would negotiate a loan with my lender to bring my payments down. After a year all contact ceased. The phone numbers said"This number is no longer in service (888-910-9944). To this very day, it is impossible to make contact with anyone at Fidelity Finance Group.
