Wells Fargo Service Center Took our money with no warning and no opportunity to respond

On Monday morning 4/30 I received a call from 515-221-5600 (Wells Fargo), in Iowa. The man whocalled was extremely rude and did not give me his name. At the time of the call I was getting readyto leave my house for my brothers funeral. I told him we had filed for bankruptcy lastSeptember but it was dismissed and we were going to either do debtconsolidation or try the bankruptcy again. I also told him to put that in hisnotes. This man charged off the wholebalance onto our bank account. I had already allocated that money to pay ourmortgage with. We did not authorize this withdrawal. We received a letter the day after he called;in Tuesdays mail 5/1 stating we had 10 days to respond. We did not have achance to respond to this letter. Wasthis legal? We did not have a chance to respond to the letter. We tried to call the 800 number listed onthis offset 2 times, spoke to Connie and Kathy, they were very nasty to us onthe phone.
We sent copies of our letter to 3 Wells Fargo addresses andto FDIC. The only reply we received was from FDIC. FDIC forwarded our letter toa department that looked at consumer complaints. That is all we have gottenback about our complaint on Wells Fargo practices. The letter was from: WellsFargo Service Center Personal Credit Mgt Payment Processing MACQ2132-0013 POBox 94423 Albuquerque, NM 87199-9833
