Who is running this donkey show?
My family of 4 spent (yes past because we will never shop there again) around 4K a year in your stores.
We're the type of folks that paid our bills on time, every time. Both my wife and I had credit card accounts with your store. My wife paid her account off and wanted to also consolidate my so both accounts would had a 0 balance.
That is where your whole system broke down; it seems that my wife making a payment to my credit card account was just too much to handle something that we tried to do for over a month and half.
Then the phone calls started from various individuals who kept asking the same question i.E. You've missed a payment how can we help. We explained the situation over and over again, every time they took notes and told us that the problem was resolved.
The next day the same phone call came along, it got the point that I would ask the representative that before asking me anything to read the notes the previous predecessors has added to the very system they were calling me from...
Ohhhh they would say, sorry about that we'll get that fix right away... Then again the whole thing would start the next day.incredible, so I decided to pay off the account and close it on the spot...
Wait it gets better... For me to pay for a bill that we've been trying to pay off for a month an half, and the KOHLS people weren%u2019t properly or didn%u2019t want to do, I had to pay a late fee and they had the nerve to charge an additional 10 dollars because I was paying over the phone... Kohl%u2019s really, really...
Happy to say that we're moving to JC PENNY... Both my wife and I are closing our accounts and will no longer step inside another KOHL's... Your business model sucks, your customer service sucks, and your credit department is nothing but a quagmire.
Shame on you...
