I purchased whole life for my mom about 5yrs ago when she was 75yrs old, i got a termination letter before her birthday in March they said her policy will end when she turns 80, when i purchased it, i chose the whole life ins, i called and somebody said the whole life policy that i chose it's just up to when she's 80, is this a whole life policy to you all? Now for all the money i already paid for the last 5yrs i lost them all, do you think this company is a cheater?
I guess they don't understand what whole life means? I have a hire a lawyer for this
