Looks like I'm not alone on these outrageous $79.95 charges. There is some good news. Although I was very skeptical that I would see my money back from this company, I actually did get a refund.initially I thought my bank's quality control team completed their investigation and reversed the charges but I found out from the bank that CIC reversed the charges. However, it wasn't a complete refund. My bank is still looking into this company. I will still seek the amount they didn't refund to me and plan to discard the card they used to charge me with.
