Hi. I m receiving instruction says i hv winning fund total 1.500.000..in order to process atm card which is ready. Mr anikpeh chinedu valentine director operation unit foreign operation department of cotonou asking me to do western union to pay the delivery fees via dhl/fedex/..
Does it right or just a games of scammers...
